Objectives of PEN Sierra Leone

1. To bring together published and unpublished writers as well as those interested in supporting creative writing

2. To encourage and promote the production of suitable materials for publication

3. To organise conferences, workshops and seminars for training in writing skills and techniques of publishing

4. To set up a Publishing House to promote writers and their works

5. To recognise and award excellence in the profession
